About
Mission
Rana’s mission is to help individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater hope, healing, and emotional balance. She is passionate about supporting women, couples, professionals, caregivers, and individuals carrying the weight of anxiety, burnout, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. Rana provides a calm, supportive, and faith-centered space where clients can feel safe being honest about their experiences while working toward meaningful growth and lasting change.
Her goal is to help clients build healthier coping patterns, strengthen relationships, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect with their sense of purpose and confidence. Rana believes therapy should feel compassionate, encouraging, and grounded in genuine connection, helping clients move toward healing in ways that feel authentic, restorative, and sustainable for their everyday lives.
Method
Rana uses a compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to therapy that helps clients work through life’s challenges with greater clarity, emotional balance, and confidence. Her work is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, attachment-based approaches, Gottman-informed relationship work, and faith-integrated counseling when desired by the client.
She believes healing happens at a pace that feels safe, supportive, and manageable. Sessions are tailored to each individual’s unique needs and focus on helping clients better understand how past experiences, relationships, thought patterns, and emotional responses influence their present lives. Along the way, clients develop practical coping skills, healthier communication patterns, stronger boundaries, and greater self-awareness.
Rana’s approach is warm, grounded, and encouraging, offering thoughtful guidance and genuine support for individuals and couples seeking meaningful healing, personal growth, and lasting emotional wellness.
